Remember that it will be illegal to hold a mobile hand set whilst travelling from 1st December 2003, this includes cars - lorries - coaches - motor cycles etc. To save getting penalty points and a fine - fit a hands free set in your vehicle - An ear piece and microphone attached close to the mouth is not acceptable.

Construction Industry

Time is running out to comply with regulations in respect of All Mobile Work Equipment - they should be fitted with ROPS (Roll Over Protection Structures) and fitted with restraining belts by the 2nd December 2002.

We can assist in the completion of the 'CHAS' application form, that is being requested by Local Authorities and Housing Associations, they require completion of the application if you wish to be included on their approved list.
