Craigan W H Barnett, the Proprietor, took early retirement from being a Pathology Manager of a medium sized Independent Hospital in 1991 and started Weald Health and Safety within three months of retiring, he is an Associate of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences - Fellow of the Institute of Science Technology - Fellow of the Royal Society of Health - A State Registered Medical Laboratory Technician - Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management - A Professional member of the National Back Association - A Tutor for the Royal Society for the Promotion of Health.

He is supported by his wife Ann, she runs the Manual Handling and the Stress in the Work Place counselling sessions. Ann has many years experience in Residential Home Management, she is a Professional Member of the National Back Association, has a Diploma in Stress Counselling in the Work Place and is Accredited in Bereavement Counselling. Ann also looks after the Accounting side of the business.

One other person is employed on a casual basis when the office side of the business requires her services.
